About This Opportunity
A Business Process Consultant is the primary driver of process change and systems solutions to support new or changing business initiatives. This role is responsible for working with the TTS team to help ensure MBI stability with a focus on IMN and implementing new processes, reports, and analytics that meet business needs.

- Build strong partnerships with Merchandising, Target Technology Services, and others in MPSD to become educated on Item and IMN and all their functionality and uses and downstream application impacts to help ensure MBI stability
- Effectively identify, prioritize, and communicate Item and IMN business requirements around critical system changes
- Provide business direction for the TTS team, addressing both process and functionality questions
- Partner with Business Data Quality and TTS to manage the testing process to ensure data & reporting changes meet needs as expected
- Communicate project objectives, progress and status to all levels of the organization
Requirements
- 4-year degree with strong academic performance
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills/assertiveness and strong initiative
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Ability to draw out requirements, concerns, issues and opportunities from large working groups along with strong computer skills
