- Candidates will show ability to focus heavily on developing, implementing, executing and managing “Asset Management and Lifecycle Strategies”
- Drives expense and capital optimization. Provide leadership and guidance to other team members for funding requests.
- Demonstrated subject matter expert. Ability to drive innovation through new strategies and various initiatives. Develops and manages project plans. Provides leadership and guidance to other project owners.
- Creates and maintains productive relationships with vendors. Drives open and collaborative feedback to achieve level of service expectations. Proactively addresses vendor performance concerns. Leads vendor business reviews.
- Fields phone calls and emails. Researches and analyzes root causes. Recommend appropriate resolution and communication; anticipates communication required to drive awareness. Identifies and recommends process improvement.
- Recommends and implements short-term goals and initiatives. Acts as SME (Subject Matter Expert) in conversations with key partners.
- Maintains list of industry contacts. Aware of key issues and upcoming trends.
- Works with leadership to to engage Employee Relations, Legal, Risk Management and Procurement to support resolution of contract related issues associated with contractor compliance and liability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree / Advanced Degree
- 4-6 years experience in related field or relevant experience
- Computer literacy
- Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines to meet goals
- Effective conflict resolution skills
- Overnight travel as required
