- Manage creative projects, directs creative staff, and maintains the role of branding consultant in advertising, packaging and/or in-store environments for a specific business(s)/media
- Partner with Creative Director and Marketing Planning to develop and sell creative solutions for Marketing assignments
- Oversee all aspects of creative development and execution
- Uphold brand and quality standards in all creative projects and provides clear direction and feedback to inHouse studio and external agencies
- Strategically manage and direct creative presentations
- Develop team and manage performance of Sr. Specialists and their direct reports
Requirements
- 4-year college degree and/or equivalent work experience
- Three plus years experience supervising creative campaigns
- Experience with MAC computer programs (i.e. Quark, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Creative portfolio demonstrating: proficiency in multiple mediums or specific media, experience in comprehensive campaign development, and creative excellence in brand management
- Demonstrated effectiveness developing strong relationships with inter-company divisions
