Join the Target Commercial Interiors team, where you can lead design, project management, installation, facility and asset-management services for commercial customers. Use your skills and expertise to provide customized office furnishings and design services to organizations both large and small.

The strategic and creative use of the Target Commercial Interiors brand on all client-focused activities and materials is a key element in the successful execution of our business plan. As a member of enterprise-wide marketing staff, the Regional Marketing Specialist consults with local sales teams and is responsible for the strategic design and implementation of all our branded communication, events, and marketing material. Additionally, the Regional Marketing Specialist will engage in, and manage, the day to day activities and maintenance of Target Commercial Interiors’ social media portals.

- Design and direct, produce and record all video necessary for company-wide meetings
- Create all branded presentation boards, PowerPoint decks and printed materials for design and/or sales presentations to management and clients
- Participate in setting sales strategy leading to production of all presentation materials for selling team members
- Train local team members in the effective implementation of SharePoint Marketing Tool
- Manage all required local printing, photography, and media resources
- Manage media placement and timing details for all marketing/special events in Minnesota
- Direct the input by all team members of client, prospect and influencer data into CRM tool
- Execute any required customization of marketing media at the direction of Minneapolis marketing staff
- Work Process leader managing the comprehensive and timely completion of all RFPs/RFQs
- Manage the distribution and follow-up of all web site inquiries and web Leads to appropriate sales personnel and sales management
- Research and define social media conversation strategies
- Continually monitor guest conversation via social media channels at the local, campaign, and TCI corporate level to maximize engagement

Requirements

- 4-year college degree and/or equivalent experience
- Computer programs: CS6, PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop
- Interpersonal savvy and listening skills
- Ability to take direction
- Ability to establish rapport with peers
- Ability to plan, manage and execute marketing projects through completion
