As an Corporate Security Business Partner- Profit Protection, you will be the primary consultant and subject matter expert for Merchandising and support teams on profit protection. You will collaborate with key partners on cross-functional and high impact strategies/projects. You will understand the health of the business thru monitoring results, identifying emerging trends and analyzing differing points of data to assist in driving merchant financial results.

- Lead strategic projects/initiatives that will drive improved financial performance.
- Collaborate and establish partnerships with Merchandising, HQ teams (AP and non-AP) and the field to monitor and identify potential profit protection opportunities.
- Drive for profitable results by supporting and providing key insights to Merchandising and support teams through gathering and interpreting data/feedback from various sources
- Effectively communicate key findings, insights and recommendations to help cross functional teams make profitable business decisions (Store Merchants, MPD, MFA, Retrofits and Fixturing, Packaging Engineering, AP Field OPs and Merch Ops).
- Serve on cross-functional projects and task forces to ensure awareness of global initiatives. Contribute to the success of these projects by acting as a liaison and resource to these groups.
Requirements
- Four-year college degree
- Strong innovative thinking, analytical and problem solving skills
- Networking and strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate large projects and programs
- Ability to formulate plans and actions to address identified and/or emerging issues
- Ability to influence key business partners
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities and tasks
- Solid computer skills (e.g. Excel, Access, Power Point, Visio, Share Point)
