About This Opportunity
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide support and perform a variety of administrative duties for leaders in Product Design & Development area
Provides support and performs a variety of administrative duties for KMG level leaders in PD&D.

- Screening callers, relaying messages, and greeting visitors. Establishing and maintaining excellent working relationships with internal and external guests
- Managing calendar, including the vacation calendar and master calendar of events/meetings/etc. Maintaining team meeting agendas and recording/distributing meeting minutes
- Administrative duties including scheduling of meetings, preparation for meetings and presentations, ordering supplies, typing, filing, photo copying, printing, computer and fax issues, special projects
- Assisting with Human Resource needs as appropriate. Maintaining organizational chart. Coordinating/scheduling for internal and external interviews
- Technical Development Admin Coordinator also manages relationships with model agencies by screening agencies and candidates, monitoring agencies on Target's procedures and legal requirements
- Maintaining had copy and electronic filing systems
Requirements
- High School education or equivalent; 1-2 years office experience
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio
- Task oriented with excellent sense of priority and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills with a high degree of sensitivity for confidentiality
- Strong prioritization, organization, problem solving and decision making skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
