About This Opportunity
Strategically grow and brand assets through leading-edge design, development, construction and preservation. Find innovative solutions to the challenges that arise in a large design/build company. Have a direct impact on real estate, design, construction, maintenance and support operations of stores, Distribution Centers or headquarters locations.
Responsible for developing and maintaining accurate and insightful reporting and analytic capabilities that quantify and provide visibility to Resource Recovery reverse logistics programs. Ensures integrity of tools and services delivered. Takes lead in design and development of measurements and technical solutions to provide information to Resource Recovery and partners throughout the organization. Requires knowledge of mainframe and business intelligence applications. Drives collaboration with partners across pyramids, including but not limited to Finance, Stores, Distribution, and TTS.

- Analyze financial and operational data and apply insight to program decisions
- Recommend projects and areas of focus based on analysis
- Retrieve data and develop meaningful reports to direct decisions on various projects
- Complete special projects as assigned to support strategy
- Contribute to cross-company teams to reduce unsaleables
Requirements
- Four year college degree
- 2-3 years related experience
- Proficient in Mainframe, DB2, and end-user computing skills (including but not limited to: WebFOCUS, Info Retriever, MicroStrategy, Access, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while handling multiple projects
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, active listening)
- Strong logical reasoning/analytical skills
- Highly motivated
