Responsible for delivering a quality guest-facing presentation in the digital space that drives profitable online sales, generates multi-channel guest engagement, and produces a best-in-class brand experience for an assigned categories (e.g., Apparel & Accessories and Home) and marketing campaigns (e.g., holiday).
Manage flawless execution across multiple projects with concurrent deadlines via strong collaboration and detail-orientation. Responsible for maintaining relationships with internal business partners and external agencies (as needed).

- Partner with Site Merchandise Managers, Producing and creative agencies to understand business objectives and final creative experience definition to inform page build and change request scope
- Troubleshoot and communicates build inputs to content development partners based on final experience deliverables
- Consult in test planning for digital space/pages for category (as needed)
- Partner with testing SMEs to execute test versioning/segmentation within page build (as needed)
- Proof completed experiences to ensure that content is built accurately, represents the final creative design/concepts and functions properly
- Attends feedback sessions with stakeholders as consult (provide context/reinforce change guidelines)
Requirements
- 4 year college degree required (computer science, web development or equivalent degree preferred) and 2+ years interative development work experience or 4+ years work experience in retail industry
- Understanding of interactive design, reporting and content management tools (WebSphere Commerce, MediaBin, JIRA)

Experience coding with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Experience building optimized graphics and assets using Adobe Photoshop or equivalent
- Strong guest focus
- Strong skills in the following areas: attention to detail, analytics, problem solving, ability to build and manage intra-team and cross-functional relationships, ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ability to follow a pre-defined process and timing, and leverage data to make decisions, monitor performance and identify pain points
