Join the Target.com interactive team, where your goal is to make the multi-channel shopping experience as simple, secure and enjoyable as a visit to your local Target store. You’ll develop strategies that drive sales and innovation while creating a fast, fun experience that inspires guest loyalty.
The Content Production Designer will layout and build web pages for Target.com. This position will work with our Target.com partners, Producers and our India teams to construct web pages from wireframe to launch. Reports to Program Manager.

- Advise partners during wire framing and provide solutions from within our component library
- Collaborate with Copy Writer’s and Site Merchandise Managers to design page layouts
- Execute edits and updates to multiple projects within different phases of delivery
- Prepare and clearly communicate project needs to India Coordinator
- Quality checks the India work prior to presenting to our partners and provide India with feedback on this work as needed
- Flexibility to help others on the team when workload dictates
Requirements
- 4-6 years of relevant experience
- Detail oriented online creative execution
- Ability to uphold style guide and graphic standards
- Great partnering skills and managing partner expectations
- Solid understanding of Macintosh computer and graphics software including CS5 suite; InDesign, Photoshop, Bridge, Acrobat
- Familiarity with working in web based tools for content management and workflow
